The Preston Apartments is located just south of Spring, Texas, in Cypresswood.  It is a charming suburban locale set around one of the area’s most convenient thoroughfares, Cypresswood Drive. To the east sits the Spring Creek Greenway and Pundt Park, which provide excellent views of the creek and the lush greenery. Proximity to Downtown Spring means that you’re never from convenient shops and grocery stores, even in this quiet, suburban area. Downtown Houston is just a 30-minute drive south should you want to explore the big city.
